When will my order ship ?
- Custom consoles / custom New3DS covers in stock on my shop : I aim to ship within 1 - 2 business days once payment has been processed.
- T-shirt and Art Prints : Shipping will be done 2 - 7 business days after payment has been processed.
What shipping service do you use?
Custom consoles and New 3DS covers are shipped using La Poste, the official French postal service. I only use tracked shipping; you will receive the tracking number by e-mail.
T-shirts and Art Prints are shipped from the closest warehouse located near you, in other words the closest country to your location. If you live in EU, it will be from EU. If you live in the US, it will be from the US. It will be depending on the country you live in so the shipping costs always stays low this way. It always comes with a tracking number as well.
For items going outside of the initial shipping country, once your parcel has arrived in your country it will be delivered by your country's own postal service. Import duties, customs, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility.
How long will my order take to arrive?/!\ IMPORTANT /!\ Please be aware that delays are expected due to global pandemic and be patient with postal services during this time. I am not responsible for shipping or custom delays.

France - Oversize Lettermail (2 - 4 business days)
France - Expedited Parcel (2 - 4 business days)
Europe - Oversize Lettermail (4 - 6 business days)
Europe - Expedited Parcel (4 - 6 business days)
International - Oversize Lettermail (6 - 8 business days)
International - Expedited Parcel (6 - 8 business days)
Please note that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. Your parcel can be delivered to you past the EDT for reasons like:
- Issues with printing on my 3rd party partner's side (T-shirts and Art Prints only)
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, on hold in customs,...
That being said, I’ll work my hardest to make sure you receive your order. If you haven’t received the order and it’s past the EDT, please allow a few more days. After that, get in touch with me via the contact form and I’ll check your order status and handle the issue from my side.
